MUNICH – Progress in the situation with security in Donbas should not be an end in itself, a complete implementation of the Minsk Agreements is necessary, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said.
“Progress in the sector of security cannot be an end in itself. Our common goal is a complete implementation of the Minsk Agreements,” Lavrov said at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.
