The Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court of Ukraine has received two lawsuits to declare unlawfully and repeal the decree of the President of Ukraine of May 21, No. 304/2019, “On the appointment of Andriy Bohdan as head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine.

“The application was filed with the court office on May 24, 2019, by the public organization Public Lustration Committee and an individual. The cases were registered at numbers 9901/283/19 and 9901/284/19,” the Supreme Court’s Facebook page said on May 27.

The information notes that within five days from the day of filing claims, decisions will be made on the legal proceedings.
