Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has filed a lawsuit with the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office about a coup d’etat in the country, his lawyer Vitaliy Serdiuk has said.

“All events will be directly covered in the lawsuit, those same persons who did not want to come, including Mr. Lutsenko [Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko] will be questioned,” the lawyer told reporters outside the building of Obolonsky District court of Kyiv on July 6, where the case of Viktor Yanukovych’s state treason is being considered.
