Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevicius has expressed concern about today’s enemy attack on the positions of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) near the contact line in Donbas.
“Deeply concerned about the fresh military escalation and offensive attempts by Russian-backed forces near Zolote this morning. Minsk implementation impossible without a ceasefire,” he said on Twitter.
As reported, the firefight, which started near Novotoshkivske, Orikhove, Krymske and Khutir Vilny (Luhansk region) on Feb. 18 morning, ended with one Ukrainian serviceman killed and four wounded in action.
