Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius will visit Ukraine on April 25-26.

Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry said the purpose of the visit to deepen bilateral cooperation in the framework of the Ukrainian-Lithuanian strategic partnership.

Linkevičius will hold talks with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin regarding Lithuania’s further support of Ukraine in upholding the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state and providing practical assistance in carrying out systemic reforms.

“Separately, it will be about Vilnius’ support of our state in the implementation of European and Euro-Atlantic integration as a foreign policy priority,” the foreign ministry said.

The ministers will also discuss assistance projects for Lithuania in restoring the infrastructure of Donbas destroyed as a result of Russian military aggression.
