Former head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Borys Lozhkin and ex-Minister of Infrastructure Andriy Pyvovarsky will jointly deal with investment business, for which they have set up an investment company, a source close to the company has told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the source, the company will focus on the segment of asset management in the private sector.

“The company will not interact with the public sector, only with the private sector,” it said.

He said the company intends in a few years to attract institutional investors.

According to the unified state register of legal entities, Samaan Capital with a charter capital of Hr 1.25 million was registered on May 27, 2016. The source also said now the structure of the company is being formed and its final name has not been approved.

Its owner is Cypriot Ensistar Limited, the ultimate beneficiary is Borys Lozhkin, the head is Andriy Pyvovarsky.

Pyvovarsky served as Infrastructure Minister of Ukraine in 2014-2016.

Lozhkin had been head of the presidential administration almost in the same period.
