Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said he has no doubt that every bilateral agreement with Ukraine will be fully implemented.
“We are meeting here today to compare our positions, to discuss the agenda of our relations, and to reach agreements. Somehow I am sure that everything we agree upon will be put into action,” Lukashenko said at a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Zhytomyr on Oct. 4.
He assured Zelensky that Belarus “will honor every agreement.”
Ukraine has never had a problem with Belarus, and will never have any, Lukashenko said. “We will always be your best and most reliable supporter and partner,” he said.
