Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has written a letter of thanks to Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky and invited him to visit Minsk whenever it suits him, Lukashenko’s press service said.
“The president has invited Volodymyr Zelensky to Belarus for an official visit at a time convenient for him,” the statement said.
