Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said investigators have evidence that ‘titushky’ (hired provocateurs) who staged mass disturbances in Dnipro on May 9 were prepared and given orders by the Opposition Bloc party headquarters in Dnipropetrovsk region, and personally by Opposition Bloc MP Oleksandr Vilkul.
“Now we know exactly who organized and instructed those ‘titushky’. And, Mr. Head of the Opposition Bloc, I have bad news: they were all instructed, organized and financed at your headquarters in Dnipropetrovsk region, personally by Mr. Vilkul and Mr. Kolesnik,” Lutsenko said while reporting to the Verkhovna Rada on May 24.
