You're reading: Mass Grave Found Near Bucha After Russian Troop Withdrawal

Further evidence of war crimes committed by Russian forces continues to emerge. A mass grave has been discovered in the village of Buzova, near Bucha, Kyiv Region.

The UK Ministry of Defence reported via Twitter on April 10 that the grave contained dozens of inhabitants that had been tortured and killed by invading Russian troops.

This is the latest mass grave to be discovered since Russian troops left Kyiv Region at the end of last month. The discovery of the mass grave in Buzova was confirmed by Taras Didych, the head of the village of Dmytrivka, which is close to both Bucha and Buzova.

Ukraine has discovered a trail of civilian bodies in towns outside Kyiv from where the Russian army retreated, accusing Moscow of war crimes.
