You're reading: Mobile operators launch 4G at seven more stations of Kyiv metro

The mobile operators Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and Lifecell, together with Huawei, have launched 4G communications at seven more stations of the Kyiv metro and in the tunnels between them.

According to Vodafone Ukraine, in particular, 4G appeared at the stations Khreschatyk, Ploscha Lva Tolstoho, Olympiyska, Palats Ukraina and Palats Sportu, as well as Klovska and Pecherska.

Together with the stations that were launched earlier, the 4G network of mobile operators is already operating at 22 out of 46 underground stations.

According to the release, it is planned to cover all metro stations with 4G by the end of this year.

As reported, the operators launched 4G at the first metro station (Akademmistechko) in March.
