BRUSSELS – The European Union countries are likely to extend the economic sanctions against Russia before the end of July as they do not see any progress in the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commission Vice President Federica Mogherini said at a press conference in Luxembourg on June 19.
