MOSCOW – Moscow’s Arbitration Court has rejected hearing Tatneft’s claim on upholding the decision of an international court on collections with Ukraine to compensate Ukrtatnafta for $144 million, an Interfax correspondent reported from the courtroom.
A Tatneft representative told Interfax that the decision would be appealed.
