MOSCOW – The Russian servicemen in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) will leave the territory of Ukraine on Dec. 19 due to the obstacles created by Kyiv to their work.

“We have informed our foreign partners about this forced step, emphasizing that all responsibility for the possible consequences lies fully on Ukraine,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement posted on its website on Dec. 18.
