The M05 Kyiv-Odesa international highway has been blocked in both directions by protesters near the city of Uman in Cherkasy region.
Unknown people have blocked the traffic near the turn to Uman in Cherkasy region, which caused a traffic jam on the highway, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
According to police officers who stop cars near point of blockade, it is organized by motor carriers. However, the police didn’t say which one. A police patrol car is standing on the road, there is no sign of the blockade participants. Despite the police ban, some cars are going past the patrol.
People write in social networks the M-05 highway in Uman is blocked by trucks. No further information is available at the moment.
