Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv has chosen a pre-trial restriction for independent MP Boryslav Rozenblat, who was expelled from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc fraction, in the form of a Hr 7 million bail and an obligation to wear an electronic tracking bracelet, not to leave Kyiv and Zhytomyr without notice and to hand over all his foreign passports.

The court has adopted the corresponding decision at a meeting on July 18, thus having partially granted the application by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.

Rozenblat for his part said that he will comply with the court’s ruling.

“I will comply with everything that is written in the ruling,” the politician told reporters after the court session was over on July 18 evening.
