You're reading: NABU director: It becomes easier to work in the last 4 months

Director of the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Artem Sytnyk does not comment on the possible impact of publication of the transcripts of the telephone conversation of the presidents of the United States and Ukraine, Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky, on the work of anti-corruption bodies, but notes that it has become easier to work in recent months.

“I will not comment on anything, this is a purely political issue,” Sytnyk told reporters in Kyiv, asked whether he sees the possible impact of the publication on the work of anti-corruption bodies in Ukraine in the future in the context of negative information.

“We have been working for a long time, we are not so newly created. We have been working, are working and will work. And in the last four months, working objectively has become easier – that’s all I can say now,” he added.
