You're reading: NABU investigates another seven cases on e-declarations

National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has launched an investigation in seven criminal proceedings on the basis of the electronic declarations of officials analysis, according to the information, that was submitted to the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations on Dec.7-9.

NABU press service has reported two proceedings were registered on entering false data in e-declarations of some lawmakers. One criminal proceeding was registered under illegal enrichment of deputy chairman of the regional council (Part 3 of Article 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illicit enrichment of a person holding particularly responsible position).

One criminal proceeding was registered under illegal enrichment by a local council head.

Information on another four criminal proceedings was submitted to Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under illegal enrichment and submitting false data into the electronic declaration by three judges.

In general NABU detectives have registered ten criminal proceedings on e-declaration violations since Nov.17.
