The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) repeatedly put on the wanted list Head of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv City Pavlo Vovk, suspected of criminal proceedings on the creation of a criminal organization to seize state power, the NABU press service said.

According to the information on the bureau’s website, Vovk was put on the wanted list “due to systematic ignoring of summons from the pretrial investigation agency and the investigating judge, as well as failure to appear for questioning and other legal proceedings”.

Thus, NABU is making a search for the suspect in criminal proceedings on the fact of the creation by the head of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv City of a criminal organization with the aim of seizing state power, obstructing the activities of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interfering in its activities, participation in this criminal organization of judges of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv City and other persons, as well as obtaining illegal benefits State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
