You're reading: NACP issues orders to five ministers, heads of State Fiscal Service and Ukravtodor

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has issued orders on violating the requirements of the legislation on ethical conduct, preventing and settling conflicts of interests and other violations to 15 officials and heads of four local government agencies, the NACP’s press service reported on Nov. 27.

Such orders were issued after scheduled and unscheduled inspections on state authorities and local government agencies regarding the organization of work to prevent and detect corruption.

According to the results of scheduled inspections, orders were issued to First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv, Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko, Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan, Youth and Sports Minister Ihor Zhdanov, and Culture Minister Yevhen Nyschuk.

In addition, the NACP issued orders to Head of the State Fiscal Service Myroslav Prodan, Head of the National Police of Ukraine Serhiy Kniazev, Head of the State Regulatory Service Ksenia Liapina and Head of the State Architecture and Construction Inspectorate Oleksiy Kudriavtsev.

Orders were also issued to Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleksandr Horhan, Head of the State Forest Resources Agency Khrystyna Yushkevych, Head of the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection Volodymyr Lapa, and Head of the State Export Control Service Ihor Savula.

In addition, according to the results of unscheduled inspections, the NACP issued instructions to Ukravtodor Chief Slawomir Nowak, Sumy Mayor Oleksandr Lysenko and Head of the High Council of Justice Ihor Benedysiuk.
