Executive Officer of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy Yuriy Vitrenko has said that the readiness of courts of European countries to hear cases on enforcement of $3 billion from Russia’s Gazprom under the award of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce is different, adding that this is linked to the political situation.

“In Germany, we cannot, by the way, proceed with the enforcement of penalties. And we have problems in Poland, we have problems in Moldova,” he said on NV Radio on Nov. 29 night.

“We see that in some countries it is better to do this, in some countries, let’s say diplomatically, it is more difficult,” Vitrenko said.
