The National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting has filed a lawsuit with Kyiv’s District Administrative Court, in which it asks the court to revoke the broadcasting license for the Nash 365 TV channel.

The court is now deciding whether to open proceedings on this administrative claim, the court said on its website on Sept. 16.

The lawsuit is based on the decision on the results of an unscheduled remote check, which, in particular, refers to the recognition of incitement to ethnic, racial and religious hatred and hatred in the statements that were broadcast in the air by Nash 365 LLC.

At the same time, the court notes that during the year they received more than 15 lawsuits to appeal against the decisions of the National Council on the appointment or the results of unscheduled remote inspections of the TV channel.
