New Russian-Ukrainian gas transit contracts to be governed by Swedish law

The new transit contracts between Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine (GTSOU), Ukraine’s Naftogaz and Russians Gazprom will be governed by Swedish law, Naftogaz CEO Andriy Kobolev told a press conference in Kyiv.

“It’ll be Swedish (law),” he said.
