Secretary of State Rex Tillerson blasted Russia on December 7 for inciting violence in Ukraine by backing separatists and vowed that the US will keep sanctions in place until Moscow withdraws its forces from the country.
“We should be clear about the source of this violence,” Tillerson said during a meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Vienna.
