The newly appointed Ambassador of France to Ukraine Etienne de Poncins has announced his imminent arrival in Kyiv.
“Proud and happy to have been nominated as French Ambassador to Ukraine. The departure to Kyiv coming soon,” he wrote on his Twitter page on Thursday.
Poncins was appointed by presidential decree of July 24, a link to which he attached to his message.
