NewsOne TV channel (Novyny 24 Hodyny LLC) has appealed to the District Administrative Court in Kyiv on a decision of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, the court said on Sept. 6.
“NewsOne asks the court to recognize s decision of the National Council…to set a date of an unscheduled visiting inspection of the channel to check if the requirements of the law of Ukraine on information are maintained,” as written in a report.
Today the court is deciding if to open a case under this administrative lawsuit.
