MOSCOW – The leaders of the countries involved in the negotiations on Ukraine in the Normandy format, i.e. France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine, plan to have a telephone talk before the end of June, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
“There are plans to hold a telephone conversation, and it is being prepared now; the date has not yet been determined, this issue is also being worked on, but obviously this will take place before the end of June,” Ushakov said.
