Norway considers independent anti-corruption institutions necessary for carrying out reforms in Ukraine, Ambassador of Norway to Ukraine and Belarus Ole Terje Horpestad has said.

“I can only say that independent anti-corruption institutions are necessary for Ukraine to carry out reforms,” he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Dec. 7.

The ambassador noted that Norway supports the need to create an independent Anti-Corruption Court in Ukraine.
