You're reading: Number of COVID-19 cases in Georgia grows to 728

TBILISI – Medics in Georgia have diagnosed five more people with coronavirus over the past 24 hours, a total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country has reached 728, the Georgian Health Ministry said on May 23.

According to the ministry 3,259 people are quarantined and 323 remain in hospitals under medical supervision. A total of 509 people have recovered from coronavirus and 12 died.
