The humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) for the settlement of the situation in Donbas continues negotiating the lists of prisoners, according to a spokesperson for Leonid Kuchma, Ukraine’s second president and representative in the Trilateral Contact Group, Darka Olifer.
“The humanitarian subgroup is in the process of agreeing on the lists. We are awaiting specific deadlines and formats to be set for the release of hostages. This work involves Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada’s human rights commissioner, Valeriya Lutkovska,” Olifer wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday evening after the meeting in Minsk.
