Ukrainian troops’ positions in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, have been shelled by Russia-led forces 11 times on April 22, a serviceman has been killed and another one has been wounded, the press center for Ukrainian military said.
“As a result of shelling, a serviceman of the Joint Forces has been killed and another defender of Ukraine has been wounded. Units of the Joint Forces responded in an appropriate manner to the enemy’s provocations. The enemy’s losses are being verified,” it said in an evening update on April 22, covering the period from 00:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time.
