MINSK – Special Representative of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Chairperson-in-Office to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) Martin Sajdik said he hopes that the parties to the conflict in Donbas will be able to agree on the exchange of captives in the foreseeable future.
He said he is convinced that the parties want to perform a swap. Sajdik told journalists that he hopes it would take place in the foreseeable future.
The parties are indeed working very seriously when it comes to this issue and this matter was in the center of the TCG humanitarian subgroup’s discussion today, he said.
