Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has confirmed that the OSCE formally invited Russian observers to the mission monitoring the Ukrainian presidential election.
“We have received an invitation from the OSCE to send our observers to the [monitoring] mission. So, we have the invitation,” Lavrov told the press on Friday.
