The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) will be partly patrolling Donbas on April 25, Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the mission Alexander Hug said.
All the patrols were recalled to their bases yesterday after the incident, today most of them, if not all of them were cancelled, Hug said at a news briefing in Kyiv on April 24. At the same time, the monitors will resume their work, but with certain limitations tomorrow, he said.
