Minsk – The Minsk agreements were not implemented in full in 2016, according to Martin Sajdik, who represents the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine.

“With this year nearly over, I have to say that most of the Minsk commitments have not been fulfilled,” he told reporters after the Group held yet another meeting in Minsk on Dec. 21.
