The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (OSCE SMM) in Donbas has reported that its observers were assaulted by militants of the so-called ‘Donetsk People’s Republic’.
“Armed so-called ‘DPR’ members violently attacked unarmed civilian monitors. Details in spot report to follow,” the mission wrote on Twitter.
