Head of the election observation mission of the OSCE’s Parliamentary Assembly Doris Barnett has said Ukraine’s presidential elections were held in the proper manner.
“Election Day was again well administrated and without any disturbances. The people of Ukraine deserve praise for their conduct and their obvious will to use their democratic rights,” she said at a briefing in Kyiv on April 23.
