Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy has signed bill No. 4666 about limited and double liability companies and sent it to the president for signature.

“Today I signed and submitted to the president for signature an important EU integration law, No. 4666, about limited and double liability companies. I am convinced that this law will improve the business climate and attract foreign investment in the Ukrainian economy,” Parubiy wrote on his Twitter page late on February 20.

As reported, on February 6 the Verkhovna Rada supported at second reading and as a whole draft law No. 4666 with technical amendments.

“This issue is regulated by the legislation adopted in 1991. At the same time, limited liability companies are the most common form of business in Ukraine. There are more than 0.5 million of these companies in Ukraine,” the chairman of the parliamentary committee for economic policy, Andriy Ivanchuk (the People’s Front faction), said, presenting the bill in parliament.
