Head of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko parliamentary faction Artur Herasymov presented an audio recording of the alleged phone talk of Leader of the Batkivschyna Party Yulia Tymoshenko and businessman Ihor Kolomoisky to deputies in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada.

“Today, the whole country is discussing the conversation that took place between Yulia Tymoshenko and Ihor Kolomoisky. I would like you to listen to it,” Herasymov said during the parliament’s plenary session on Tuesday.

According to an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent, he played the audio file via a gadget brought to the microphone on the rostrum, but the sound was bad.

“This record has nothing new for us. It shows what we already know. Ihor Kolomoisky has two candidates in the elections – [Volodymyr] Zelensky and Yulia Tymoshenko,” the head of the BPP faction said.

However, he said that the origin of this record “is not clear, but its authenticity does not cause doubts.”

“We demand public information about the political and financial aspects of your agreements with Ihor Kolomoisky,” Herasymov said, referring to the leader of the Batkivschyna Party.

When the audio file was played, people’s deputy from the Batkivschyna faction Oleksandr Abdullin expressed his indignation “Think about what you are doing now for the whole country,” he said near the microphone of the rostrum.
