An investigation into the incident with the attack on the head of the High Council of Justice, Ihor Benedisiuk, and his wife, is being carried out by the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office. Among the versions of the incident that the investigation is verifying is the obstruction to the professional activities of the head of the High Council of Justice.
“Among the versions that are being checked by the pretrial investigation body is the obstruction to his professional activities as a statesman,” the press service of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office said on March 20.
