Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman expects that the Innovations Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine would be launched by the end of summer.

“We have drawn up a concept for creating the Innovations Council. I think that by the end of this summer it would be launched as an institution under the government involved in development of innovations,” Groysman said at a government meeting on Wednesday.

He said that Ukraine has a large human potential in the innovations sphere. The prime minister said that the task of the government is to attract the innovations potential to the development of the national economy.
