Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak has visited the units of the Ukrainian Navy to inspect the construction and reconstruction of facilities of the Naval headquarters in Odesa, the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said on April 12.
“We plan these buildings will house the Naval Staff, Naval Institute, a high school and a college. The work is being done in phases. I hope that the construction of the two buildings will be completed this year. Problems that arise during the construction should be resolved quickly, in due course,” Poltorak said at his meeting with representatives of construction companies.
