Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Oleksandr Kuts as chief of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Relevant decree No. 227/2017 was published on the president’s website on August 21.
Earlier, Kuts held the post of chief of the SBU branch in Donetsk region.
