BERLIN – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko arrived on a working visit to Berlin, where he will participate in the negotiations in the ‘Normandy format’, on Oct. 19.
An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported that, according to the Ukrainian presidential press service, a separate meeting of the Ukrainian president with his French counterpart Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will be held prior to the negotiations.
