Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that the international community stands in solidarity with Ukraine amid Russian aggression.

“The NATO summit is taking place today. The first item on its agenda is Ukraine: how to help it, how to ensure solidarity, sanctions, economic assistance for reforms. Tomorrow is the G7 summit. It earlier was the G8, but Russia was thrown out because it violated international rights – attacked Ukraine,” he said opening a road section in Vylkove, Odesa region.

According to the president, Russia will be returned to the G8 if it withdraws its troops and weapons from Ukraine, and stops killing Ukrainians.
