Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has called for stricter regulations on registering Russian citizens that arrive in Ukraine, especially in the ten regions where martial law is in effect.
“I’d tighten registration requirements, especially in the regions where martial law has been declared,” Poroshenko said at a meeting on heightening national defense levels, which took place on Nov. 30 morning.
