President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has handed 60 Critical Care Transport (CCT) ambulances over to Luhansk Regional Clinical Hospital and Luhansk Regional Children’s Hospital.

“It’s nice to take part in the handover of dozens of ambulances for primary health care centers and two CCT ambulances for the regional clinical hospital and the regional children’s hospital. I am sure that those who need them most will get these vehicles,” he said, speaking to employees of medical institutions in the town of Kreminna, Luhansk region.

According to the president, these vehicles have modern medical equipment. He expressed confidence that they would save more than one life of Ukrainians. “As far as I’m informed, this year it is planned to give 40 more sanitary vehicles for medical workers of the Luhansk region. Today 60 automobiles have been handed over, with 40 more, equals a hundred,” Poroshenko said.
