Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko expects inflation in 2017 to stand at the level less than 10 percent and until 2019 at 5 percent annually.

“Inflation, the burden of high prices is what people worry about most of all. This year it will be measured, I hope, with a single-digit figure – less than 10 percent. But until 2019 this is our joint task, we must achieve th e inflation rate of about 5 percent per annum,” he said speaking at a meeting of the Regional Development Council in Kyiv.
