Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that Ukraine is ready to continue cooperation with the International Monetary Fund.

“Today, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde and I have held a constructive and open meeting and discussed all open issues of cooperation between Ukraine and the IMF,” Poroshenko wrote on his Facebook page on Jan.24 after the talks with the IMF managing director in Davos.

“Ukraine reaffirms its readiness to continue fruitful cooperation with the International Monetary Fund as an important factor in strengthening macroeconomic stability and a sign of confidence in carrying out internal reforms,” the president added.
