President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is not satisfied with the fact that the murderer of journalist Pavel Sheremet has not been determined yet and found.

“Unfortunately, I expected more, better result and I’m not pleased with the fact that we still haven’t found the killer, and he is not held accountable,” the president said at a press conference in Kyiv on May 14.

He said that immediately after the murder, he appealed to foreign embassies for assistance in the investigation and thanked those who provided such assistance.

Also, Poroshenko thanked those journalists who conducted the investigation into the murder of Sheremet, and immediately after the publication of its results he instructed the head of the National Police Serhiy Kniazev to meet with the authors of the investigation.

As reported, on July 20, 2016 at 7:45 Sheremet died in the center of Kyiv when the car he was driving exploded. The vehicle belonged to head of the Kyiv-based Internet news portal Ukrayinska Pravda Olena Prytula, who was not in the car.
